Job Description

Hagie Manufacturing is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of our Assembly team in Clarion, IA. As a member of the Assembly team, you would be building various assemblies following detailed work instructions using a multitude of hand and power tools. You would be responsible for the quality of the product as well as output quantities to meet customer demand.

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Quality System.
• Comply with policies, guidelines and requirements per the Safety System.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to coordinator or department leader.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.
• Ability to complete 10+ hours of assembly work with full certification
• Use a PC or tablet to manage daily schedule, access work instructions, digital tools and report issues

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have at least one of the following:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC)
• At least 3 years of manufacturing work experience

• Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 35 lbs), and performing of repetitive actions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• One or more year(s) experience in manufacturing
• One or more year(s) experience with mechanical tools
