Automotive Management Experience Required

A well-established automotive dealership in the greater Beckley area is seeking an experienced Sales Manager , with proven auto sales management, team building, and closing skills, to be responsible for the success and profitability of vehicle sales, sales team management, and more.

Responsibilities - Sales Manager:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the sales department
• Set and monitor monthly sales targets for individuals and the team
• Train, coach, and develop sales consultants to improve performance and customer satisfaction
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent
• Collaborate with the finance, BDC, and service departments to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, leading by example
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to drive growth

Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:

• Previous Automotive Sales Management experience required 
• Proven track record of team leadership, sales success, and customer satisfaction
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Positive, motivating management style that sets high standards
• Results-oriented and data-driven, with strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening
