IT Manager Job in Syracuse, NY:

Salary Range: $90-115,00 per year based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

AKKODIS is seeking and experienced, hands on IT leader for IT Manager role in Syracuse NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background leading teams in Windows based environments supporting IT infrastructure and applications.

Responsibilities of the IT Manager Job in Syracuse, NY:

• Look after the maintenance of the computer systems and make sure that all the departments are functioning properly
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
• Provide training and necessary assistance for the employees involved in implementation and maintenance of the software systems
• Coach IT staff by training, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
• Help drive department transformation which may include streamlining processes and documentation, implementing data analytics continuous audit, improving indicators performance metrics,

Qualifications of the IT Manager Job in Syracuse, NY:
