Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Darien, WI

Pay Range: $22.56/hr

Shift: First shift - Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm; overtime available during 5am-3pm or 5am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Handle and maintain flow of materials and products from warehouse to manufacturing areas according to established guidelines.
• Load materials onto machines, package finished products, and cut cores as needed.
• Utilize scanning tools for recording movement of incoming and outgoing materials (RF Scanning).
• Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and perform other duties as assigned to support team success.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends as needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
