Contract Duration: 2 Months
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week), 3x12 or 5x8 schedule; Varies (8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, 9:00–5:00, 9:30–5:30) / EOW , Holidays Required
Summary: The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides safe, competent, and high-quality patient care within the ambulatory/outpatient setting at Mount Sinai Hospital. The RN utilizes the Relationship-Centered Care model, applying evidence-based practice, nursing theory, and research to deliver patient-focused clinical care in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Active NYS RN or LPN License
BLS Certification (Required)
Minimum 2 years of RN/LPN experience
Minimum 2 years of ambulatory/outpatient experience
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
Travel experience (1 year) preferred for travel positions; not required for per diem
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in a BSN program
