We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead technology operations and initiatives within our organization in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee IT infrastructure, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the security and efficiency of all systems. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying technological improvements, fostering team development, and aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring systems and processes run smoothly.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and integration.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize value for the organization.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and documentation for IT operations and security.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a customer-focused and innovative environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor and respond to service desk tickets to address end-user concerns effectively.
• Plan and execute changes to infrastructure configurations while maintaining system integrity.
• Design, test, and implement disaster recovery procedures to safeguard mission-critical operations.• Proven experience with Active Directory and backup technologies.
• Proficiency in managing Cisco technologies and computer hardware.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central and SQL Server.
• Expertise in SQL database management, reporting, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems and configuration management.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and analysis.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and collaborate across departments.
