Work You’ll Do As a US Delivery Center Senior Solution Specialist on the team, you will: Leverage deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to lead and support a complex client project in the post-implementation stage Work closely with a large team to deliver results for your client Lead the Employee Central post-implementation support and overall project success The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Certification in at least one SuccessFactors Employee Central module 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central, or providing post-implementation support for SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements: Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) or Geo-Hub locations (Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, and Philadelphia) Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance Preferred: Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience Experience with 1-2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-live Strong functional knowledge of the system, specifically Employee Central Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: #J-18808-Ljbffr Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Ltd
